About

Ava grew up in the PNW in Edmonds, WA. She received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of San Diego in 2014. After two terms of AmeriCorps for a local conservation district and a non-profit land trust, she completed a Certificate in Wetland Science and Management from the University of Washington in 2019. Since getting trained as a RainWise contractor, she has continued her education in green infrastructure with a LID design course from the Washington Stormwater Center. In her free time, she enjoys running, skiing, gardening, and playing music with friends.
